Webinar Replay: Transition to #vCPE and #SDN an Adventure for Operators and Vendors

During a recent Light Reading webinar on virtualized customer premises equipment (vCPE) deployment options, Ovum analyst Mike Sapien concluded that the transition to this new service delivery method--part of the larger shift toward software-defined networks (SDNs)--is an adventure for operators. (That holds true for vendors, also.) And, the latest phase of the adventure is shift in focus from cost savings for the operators, to benefits for the customer.
